Hello I'm Richard ( Rich) - your next Agent/ General Contractor

Richard was raised on the Southside of Chicago. While attending DuSable HS, he was giving the opportunity by one of coaches to take part in a carpentry class.  While in class, Richard found his love for carpentry which later pushed him into real estate (Wealth). After graduating HS, he attended college, where he majored in Business (Bachelor) and Accounting (Masters). After college, in 2007, he passed the real estate exam but the market crashed and he was pushed into finance. Over the course of 10 years, he worked for the company’s such Chase Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch where he was a top sales rep.  ​

But after leaving Merrill Lynch, Richard was looking to get back into real estate.  Then in 2019, he took his real estate exam again and passed on 1st attempt. Richard has always had a vision of showing others how to become both mentally and financially free through real estate investing. He learned about finance from major corporation and wanted to show his community how to create wealth. Richard is a firm believer in visions and visions are manifested through hard work and execution.

 

 

In 2019, Richard was approved for FHA 203k loan, he used the loan to self-managed (GC) and  completely rehab an old building in Englewood area of Chicago. That open the door to what is now Richm Mgmt. Richm Mgmt was created, established in 2021, during the heart covid and has since help multiple new investor get started in real estate.  

 

The mission for Richm Mgmt is a true commitment to provide personal attention and exceptional service to each client.​​ Richm Mgmt provides a wide array of services, such as in house Real Estate Agent, General Contracting, Custom Home Design/Build, and has experience in many building types. Those types include but are not limited to multi-family, historic renovation/adaptive re-use, industrial, tenant interiors, retail, institutional, transportation, hospitality, concrete, rail and environmental projects. We have a commitment to construct a quality project that is completed on time and within budget.
