Richard grew up on the Southside of, where he enjoyed sports during his childhood. In high school, a coach introduced him to carpentry, sparking second passion that would resurface later in his life. Although he initially didn't pursue this, he went on to study business with a focus on accounting, earning his MBA in 2013 in Business Consulting and Financial Accounting.

 

In 2007, Richard passed his real estate exam and a real estate office until the market crash pushed him into finance. He held significant roles at major corporations like Chase and Merrill Lynch, where he dedicated himself to helping his community build wealth. As a hustle, he repaired clients' credit who had been denied loans and credit cards. After a year of assisting others, took the real estate exam again, this time aiming to help people not only buy homes but also wealth through real estate investing.

 

Richard has built reputation for integrity in the real estate world, assisting new investors in rehabbing homes in. When asked about his motivation, he describes himself as growth-oriented, focused, and ambitious. He once, “I’ve always had a to be great and to achieve more. Whenever I reach a goal, I strive to exceed it. I believe in my vision, and I know that hard work and execution bring it to life. In my world, limits simply do not exist!” - RichM
